General Qualifications
- Must hold a valid ISBE Professional Educator License in Early Childhood or Early Childhood Special Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, masters preferred
- Three plus years successful early childhood experience required
- Demonstrated success in working and collaborating with adult learners
- Communication and interpersonal skills which are effective, respectful, and sensitive for a diverse population
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work independently
Terms of Employment
- 180-day position plus limited summer hours; wages, hours, terms, and conditions of employment in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Board of Education and the Danville Education Association

- Building principal or designee
