Job Responsibilities

Work with long-term subs, new teachers (1-3 years in the district), and staff members wanting/needing additional support

Attend New Teacher Orientation and monthly New Teacher Collaboration meetings

Participate in professional development over the summer and throughout the school year

Meet one-on-one or with small groups of mentees at least weekly beyond the regularly assigned meeting schedule
Reports to
- Building Prinicipal or designee
