As the WYSE (Worldwide Youth in Science and Engineering) Advisor for Envirothon, you will guide our students in engaging academic competitions focused on science and mathematics. Through your mentorship, students will have the opportunity to showcase their knowledge, compete at various levels, and pursue scholarship opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Competition Organization: Organize three (3) levels of academic competitions in the content areas of Science and Math, all of which will occur at the University of Illinois. Ensure smooth logistics and adherence to competition guidelines.
- Scholarship Assistance: Assist students in exploring and pursuing potential scholarship opportunities available through participation in Envirothon competitions.
- Competitive Preparation: Prepare students for competition at district, sectional, and state levels, providing guidance, resources, and support to enhance their academic performance and confidence.
- Student Engagement: Meet with students regularly, conducting twelve (12) sessions per year, to discuss competition strategies, review content, and address any concerns or questions they may have. Be available as needed to provide additional assistance and support.

- This activity takes place from October onwards, providing students with a valuable opportunity to enhance their academic skills, showcase their talents, and pursue scholarships through participation in Envirothon competitions. Your dedication to guiding and supporting our students in this endeavor is greatly appreciated.
